摘　　要：民主共和、有限政府、议会制、联邦制、总统制等政治思想及制度构成了美国政治制度的核心内容。一个国家的政体设计和选择,很大程度上是这个国家的历史文化、政治传统、时代背景、地理环境等综合因素的产物。建国纲领、政治传统、经济模式、国家架构、政党关系、领袖影响六大因素在美国联邦总统共和制政体形成的历史路径中起着决定性的作用。Democracy and republican, limited government, parliamentary-based federalism and presidential system constituted the core content of the American political system. The design and choice of a country＇s regime, to a great extent, are decided by the culture of the country, political tradition, historical background, geographical environment and so on. American founding program, political tradition, economic pattern, the national architecture, relations of political parties and leader＇s influence are six factors played a decisive role in the history path of forming a federal President Republic government.
