摘 要:TC18钛合金铸锭是通过真空自耗冶炼方法获得的。由于该合金需要添加的元素较多,加上还有Fe和Cr易偏析元素,因此成分均匀性很难控制。主要从原材料的验收控制、布料及压制电极方法改进以及冶炼工艺的调整、设备精度的确保等方面来解决TC18钛合金的成分偏析问题。通过本次工艺改进,电极制备的均匀性得到了很好的控制,熔炼熔池深度也得到了控制,最终确保了铸锭的成分均匀性,取得了很好的效果。TC18 titanium alloy is obtained by melting plus vacuum consumable ingot.It is difficult to control the alloy ingot's composition uniformity because there are lots of adding elements and some easy segregation elements,like Fe and Cr in it.TC18 titanium alloy's segregation problem can be solved by taking the following measures,such as controlling the quality of raw materials,improving burden distribution and way of pressing electrodes,adjusting the smelting process and ensuring the precision of equipment.With the improvement of the process,uniformity of the electrodes and the depth of the melting pool were well controlled,which finally ensured the alloy ingot's composition uniformity achieved good effect.
