摘  要:选取FeCuNbCrVSiB纳米晶样品,在特定条件下,测试不同温度时的μa-T曲线、Pcm-T曲线。试验结果表明,纳米晶合金的双相结构使其在不同的温度条件下受到不同影响,产生变化差异,所以在不同温度条件下的磁导率和损耗特性不同。通过对高导磁FeCuNbCrVSiB纳米晶合金磁性能参数的测量、分析,从纳米晶的微观组织结构和宏观磁特性紧密相关的角度,探讨了新型FeCuNbCrVSiB纳米晶合金的结构与磁性之间的依赖关系,对新型纳米晶合金具有独特的结构和优异的软磁性能的本质进行了讨论,并对如何提高纳米晶合金的磁性能作了探讨。Some FeCuNbCrVSiB nanocrystalline alloy samples were taken.The μa-T and Pcm-T curves were tested at different temperatures.The results show that the duplex structure of the nanocrystalline alloy would be affected at different temperatures and would generate some difference in variety.So at different temperatures the alloy's permeability and core loss characteristics are different.Through measuring and analyzing its magnetic property parameters,the relationship between the new high permeability FeCuNbCrVSiB nanocrystalline alloy's structure and magnetic properties was explored from the view of the microstructure and closely related macroscopic magnetic properties of the nanocrystalline alloy.The unique structure and excellent magnetic properties of the new FeCuNbCrVSiB nanocrystalline alloy were discussed,together with the problems of how to improve nanocrystalline alloys' magnetic properties.
