摘　　要：宝钢1号高炉干法除尘系统2009年3月投入运行,经过近3年的生产实践,干法除尘运行率逐渐从71.0%提高到99.3%,为干法除尘系统在大型高炉上推广应用积累了重要的操作经验。主要介绍1号高炉干法除尘生产实践中存在的问题及解决办法,对制约全干法除尘系统应用到特大型高炉的关键问题如高炉炉顶温度的控制等进行了分析,并提出了大型高炉除尘技术的发展方向。The dry dedusting system for Baosteel＇s No.1 blast furnace was put into operation in March,2009.It has been running for almost three years.Its operating availability has been gradually increased from 71.0% to 99.3%,which helped operators accumulate some important operation experience.It would be good for extending the application in large blast furnaces.This paper also revealed some problems when the system was used in the No.1 blast furnace and the solutions to these problems.Some key problems,such as the control of furnace top temperature,which influenced the application of the full dry cloth-bag dedusting system in super blast furnaces were analyzed,and the developing trend of the dedusting technology for large blast furnaces was given.
