摘　　要：介绍了电子级试剂的分类,论述了近年来高纯化学试剂磷酸、异丙醇、过氧化氢和高纯化学气体氯化氢在制备过程中应用的纯化技术。展望了电子级试剂的发展前景,同时对电子级试剂的纯化技术提出了一些建议。Introduce the classification of electronic grade reagents,discusses the purification technology of the phosphoric acid,isopropyl alcohol,hydrogen peroxide called the high purity chemical reagents and the high purity chemical gas hydrogen chloride in preparation process recent years.Predict the development prospects of the electronic grade reagents,give some suggestions for the purification technology of the electronic grade reagents.
