摘　　要：重点介绍重载汽车钢板弹簧的有限元分析方法。通过对国内汽车钢板弹簧在应力、应变分析,刚度和疲劳性能分析等方面进行ANSYS软件应用的研究,说明借助ANSYS软件的优化模块可达到优化设计的效果。This paper focuses on the introduction of the finite element analysis method for automobile armor plate leaf spring. Through the application research of ANSYS software of the domestic automotive leaf spring in stress, strain analysis, stiffness and fatigue performance analysis and other aspects, it proved that the designer can achieve the optimized design effect by AN- SYS software optimization module.
