摘　　要：目的研究同时测定蔬菜中的百菌清,甲氰菊酯,氯氰菊酯及溴氰菊酯类农药残留方法。方法样品中的农药残留经溶剂提取后,采用固相萃取技术分离、净化,用气相色谱分析,外析法定量。结果几种组份的分离效果好,呈好的线性关系,相关系数大于>0.995,回收率在82%～105%之间,检出限符合实验要求。结论该方法灵敏度较高,且精密度和准确率较高,同时可以测定蔬菜的百菌清,甲氰菊酯,氯氰菊酯、溴氰酯类农药残留获得结果满意。Objective To study the simultaneous determination of chlorothalonil in the vegetable,fenpropathrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin pesticide residues.Methods Method of drug samples for pesticide residue by solvent extraction,solid-phase extraction separation,purification,analysis by gas chromatography,the amount of outside legal analysis.Results Results of several components of the separation,and showed a good linear relationship,correlation coefficient 0.995,the recovery rate in the 82 %～105 %,and detection limits meet the test requirements.Conclusion The method is high sensitivity and high precision and accuracy,while vegetables can be measured chlorothalonil,fenpropathrin,cypermethrin,bromine cyanide esters to obtain satisfactory results of pesticide residues
