复方红景天胶囊对小鼠免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本研究旨在观察复方红景天胶囊调节小鼠免疫功能的作用。昆明种小鼠分别灌胃给予复方红景天胶囊25,250,750 mg/kg,每天1次,连续30-38 g,对照组小鼠给予相应溶剂。给药结束,测定各组小鼠的免疫指标。结果表明,复方红景天胶囊可使小鼠迟发型变态反应增强,脾淋巴细胞增殖能力增高,脾IgM抗体形成细胞数增加。结论:复方红景天胶囊具有增加小鼠免疫功能的作用。The aim of this study was to investigate the immunological function regulated by Fufang Hongjingtian capsule（HJT） in mice. The mice were given ig HJT 25, 250 and 750 mg/kg, once daily, for 30 -38 d, respectively. The mice in control group were given ig corresponding solvent. After the last time of administration, the immunological parameters of the mice were measured. The results showed that compared with negative control group, the delayed type hypersensitivity, spleen lymphocyte preliferation and mumber of spleen IgM antibody forming cells increased in HJT groups. In conclusion the HJT has the effect to improve the immunological functions of mice.
