摘　　要：注塑模具的设计与制造以及注塑成型过程分析是一个繁重的任务,利用MPI软件对模具浇口位置进行有限元分析,不仅为模具设计提供了理论依据,同时还为产品的初步成型仿真奠定了基础,为缩短模具产品的研发周期,促进企业的技术进步起到了良好的推动作用.The design and manufacture of injection mold and the injection molding formation process analysis are an arduous duty.Using the MPI software to carry on the finite element analysis on the mold runner position can provide the theory basis for the mold design,has also laid the foundation for the preliminary formation simulation of product,reduce the research and development cycle of mold product,play a positive impetus role on the promotion of enterprise＇s technology advancement.
