论糖尿病肾病疏风通络治法及其抗炎抗免疫损伤作用

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病严重的并发症之一,基于糖尿病肾病炎症、免疫损伤机制与中医学的相关理论,从糖尿病与糖尿病肾病病因病机、疏风通络治法及其相关药物功效、疏风通络药物抗炎抗免疫损伤作用等方面对糖尿病肾病应用疏风通络法进行探讨,为中医药治疗糖尿病肾病提供新思路。Diabetic nephropathy is one of serious complications of diabetes. The author discussed the therapy of dispersing wind and freeing the collateral vessels, based on the mechanism of inflammation and immune injury of diabetic nephropathy and relevant TCM theory, from the aspects of diabetic cause and pathogenesis, effects of anti-inflammation and anti-immune injury of medications in the therapy of dispersing wind and freeing the collateral vessels. A new therapeutic thinking has been proposed form the treatment diabetic nephropathy with Chinese medicine.
