贵州省某县娱乐场所暗娼AIDS/STD初筛实名监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区暗娼初筛时实名监测的工作方法,比较初筛时实名监测与确认时实名监测的优劣,了解娱乐场所暗娼艾滋病性病的感染情况、知识和行为情况,为制定防治策略和控制措施提供依据。方法对社区内娱乐场所暗娼进行初筛时实名监测,问卷调查的同时采集静脉血作艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)血清学检测。结果 HIV无阳性检出,梅毒阳性检出率8.5%(20/235),HCV阳性检出率6.8%(16/235),艾滋病知识知晓率仅为68.5%(161/235),最近一年接受过干预服务的占84.7%(199/235),最近一年做过HIV检测的占6.8%(16/235),未做过HIV检测的占92.8%(218/235),不详的占0.4%;做过HIV检测的16人中知道检测结果的15人(93.8%),不知道检测结果的1人(6.2%)。在最近一次商业性性行为中,每次都使用安全套的占63.8%(150/235),有时或从未使用安全套的35.7%(84/235)。结论初筛实名监测将艾滋病性病的监测与告知、监测与随访管理有机结合起来,在一定程度上遏制了艾滋病性病的二代传播,保证了疫情数据的准确性。Objective To explore the advantage of screening and monitoring of HIV/AIDS/STDs among FSWs in entertainment venues by using a real name system, to understand HIV/STDs prevalence and knowledge and behaviors among them ,and to provide evidence for development of control and prevention strategies. Methods FSWs were screened with real names, questionnaires were administered and venous blood samples were tested for HIV, syphilis and HCV. Results No HIV cases were detected and the detection rate of syphilis and HCV was 8.5X（20/ 235） and 6.8%（16/235） respectively, The HIV awareness rate was only 68. 5%（161/235） ,and the rate of receiving intervention service in the last year was 84.7%（199/235）, and. 6.8%（16/235） of the FSWs were tested for HIV, 92.8 % （218/235） of them were never tested and 0.4 % were unknown. Of the 16 tested for HIV 15 were informed of the results （93.8 % ） . Consistent use of condoms in the last commercial sex was 63.8 % （150/235）, sometimes or never using condoms accounted for 35.7%（84/235）. Conclusion Screening and monitoring of HIV/ AIDS/STDs with a real name system in combination with follow up management have, to certain extent, contained the second generation transmission of HIV and ensured accuracy of the epidemic information.
