基于肾主骨理论观察肾小球系膜细胞对成骨细胞增殖及功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究肾小球系膜细胞对成骨细胞的影响。方法:应用体外细胞培养法,将成骨细胞分为正常血清组和系膜细胞组。检测培养24h、48h7、2h、120h后的成骨细胞增殖情况,并在72h后检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及骨桥蛋白(OPN)浓度。结果:系膜细胞组上清液的成骨细胞增殖要明显高于正常血清组,在72h后系膜细胞组上清液的AKP及OPN浓度要明显高于正常血清组。结论:肾系膜细胞能直接作用于成骨细胞,促进成骨细胞的增殖及功能,为中医"肾主骨"理论体系提供了新的实证。Objective： To explore the effects of glomerular mesangial cell（MC） on osteoblast.Methods： The osteoblast,which were cultured in vitro,were divided into two groups,normal blood serum group and MC group.24 hours、48 hours、72 hours、120 hours later,the proliferation of osteoblast was tested.72 hours later,ALP and OPN expression of osteoblast was tested too.Results： The proliferation of osteoblast in MC group was obviously increase than normal blood serum group,and the level of ALP and OPN expression of osteoblast was obviously higher than normal blood serum group.Conclusion： MC can prove the proliferation and function of osteoblast directly.Our experiment provide a new experimentation for the kidney being in charge of bone,one theory of Chinese Traditional Mdedicine.
