摘　　要：目的了解已婚妇女人群中梅毒的流行情况及有关的危险因素。方法对江门市杜阮镇已婚妇女进行免费的现场梅毒快速检测,并利用问卷调查收集社会人口和行为学信息,采用Logistic回归进行分析。结果共2 721人接受了问卷调查,其中2 648人(97.3%)接受了梅毒筛查。接受筛查的女性平均年龄为39.5岁,88.3%为当地居民。快速初筛检测共发现37例梅毒阳性(1.4%)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,已婚妇女中的外来人口感染梅毒的风险显著高于本地居民(OR=6.52,95%CI:2.73～15.56)。结论江门市杜阮镇调查人群普遍对梅毒了解较少,外来人口感染率显著高于本地居民,提示未来的防治工作要加强对普通人群的宣教和筛查,尤其要关注外来人口。Objective To understand the prevalence of syphilis infection among married women and its related factors.Method Free onsite syphilis screening using finger prick rapid test was provided to married women in Duran,Jiangmen,Guangdong province.Face-to-face interview was conducted to collect demographic and behavioral information.Data were analyzed using logistic regression.Results A total of 2 721 married women participated in the questionnaire survey,2 648（97.4%） of whom received syphilis testing.For the married women who received syphilis screening,their mean age was 39.5 years;78.9% of them had ever heard of syphilis,16.4% had ever tested for syphilis.and 37 were tested positive in rapid screening（1.40%）.Logistic regression showed that the risk of syphilis infection was significantly higher among migrating population than among local residents（OR=6.52,95%CI 2.73-15.56）.Conclusion Cumulative syphilis infection rate was 1.40% among married women in Duran.The surveyed subjects knew little about syphilis.Infection rate was significantly higher among migrating population than that among local residents.Our results suggested that education and screening efforts should be strengthened among the general population.Special attention should be paid to the migrating population.
