摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病检测实验室的管理模式及资质认定的具体措施和实施效果。方法利用实施的《湖北省艾滋病检测实验室资质认定工作规程》,对艾滋病检测实验室的资质认定管理和评审结果进行分析。结果通过建立艾滋病检测实验室资质认定的管理体系,评审了297家实验室,对符合率大于80%的予以发证。平均获证率为40.7%,其中:疾控机构为100%,采血/供血站为75%、妇幼保健院为30.0%,医院为28.3%。艾滋病检测实验室资质认定的实施,强化了质量管理意识,全面促进了综合管理的能力。结论随着艾滋病防治工作和实验室管理的需要,资质认定工作仍需持续完善并扩大其管理范围,确保所有开展艾滋病检测的实验室符合资质认定管理要求。Objective To discuss the management model of AIDS laboratory and effectiveness of implementing specific measures for qualification accreditation.Method ＇Hubei Provincial Working Procedure for AIDS Laboratory qualification accreditation was followed as a tool to assess the management of laboratory qualification and the results of the assessment＇,Results Through the establishment of AIDS laboratory accreditation management system,297 laboratories were assessed,and the laboratories with more than 80% passing rate were certified.The average accreditation rate was 40.7%,including： CDC（100%）,blood supply station（75%）,maternal and child health care institutes（30%）,and general hospitals（28.3%）.The implementation of HIV testing laboratory qualification accreditation strengthened the awareness of quality management and pushed the AIDS laboratories to upgrade their integrated management capacity.Conclusion As required by AIDS prevention and laboratory management,qualification accreditation should improve and expand its scope of management to ensure that all AIDS laboratories meet the qualification requirement.
