摘　　要：外来务工人员尤其是建筑工人,已经成为我国目前艾滋病(AIDS)防治关注的重点人群。文章从建筑工人的社会人口学特征,艾滋病性病(STD)相关知识、态度及行为,以及该人群中现存的艾滋病性病流行因素的综合分析入手,结合当前各地开展的建筑工人艾滋病性病防治现况,提出了针对性的防治对策与建议。At present,migrant workers,especially construction workers,have become a focus group for HIV / AIDS prevention and control in this country.By analyzing the sociodemographic characteristics of construction workers,their AIDS / STD related knowledge,attitude and behavior,and the existing factors associated with AIDS / STDs prevalence in this specific population group,in combination with the status quo of AIDS / STD prevention among them everywhere,this paper puts forward some relevant preventive responses and suggestions.
