异丙酚对血小板聚集及凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察异丙酚对血小板聚集及凝血功能的影响。方法 :ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期上腹部手术病人 ,全凭异丙酚静脉麻醉 ,分别于麻醉前 (T0 )、麻醉后 30分钟手术开始前 (T1)、停药后 1小时 (T2 )采血测定血小板 1分钟、5分钟及最大聚集率 (PAG1、PAG5和PAGM)和血小板计数 (BPC)、凝血酶原时间 (PT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)、部分凝血酶时间(KPTT)。结果 :与T0 相比 ,T1时PAG1、PAG5、PAGM 均显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,T2 时无显著性改变 (P >0 0 5 )。各时点BPC、PT、TT及KPTT变化不大 ,无明显差异。结论 :静脉应用异丙酚对血小板聚集率有明显的抑制作用 。Objective:To investigate the effect of propofol on platelet aggregation and blood coagulation.Method:Platelet aggregation rate(1min、5min and Max.) and BPC、PT、TT、KPTT were measured in 12 patients who received an intravenous infusion of propofol at three time points:pre-infusion(T 0),30min after the infusion (T 1) and 1 hour after the end of infusion.Results:As compared with that at T 0,platelet aggregation rate(PAG 1、PAG 5、PAG M) was significantly decreased at T 1(P<005),but restored to the normal at T 2.Blood coagulation(PT、TT、KPTT) was not prolonged during infution of propofol.Conclusion:Propofol inhibits platelet aggregation but didn′t influence on blood coagulation.
