摘　　要：目的:探讨ICARE回弹式眼压计在玻璃体切除术后患者中的应用。方法:对行玻璃体切除手术的289例患者用回弹式眼压计进行眼压测量。结果:本组患者发现高眼压78例,其中7例经药物治疗无法控制眼压,根据病情采用不同手术治疗。经治疗后所有患者眼压均降至21mmHg以下,视力获得了不同程度的提高。结论:ICARE回弹式眼压计具有便携、易操作、测量快速、无疼痛、准确性高、不易交叉感染等优点,适合临床玻璃体切除术后的患者检查。Objective：To disscuss the application of ICARE rebound tonometer after vitrectomy.Methods：289 patients with vitrectomy were measured intraocular pressure by rebound tonometer.Results：High intraocular pressure were found in 78 patients.among 78 patients were not control by durgs,after to give different surgery,the intraoculat pressure were all decreasd to 21 mmHg,and the vision were improved.Conclusion：In clinic postopetation of vitrectomy,rebound tonometer has the convenience of portability,manipulation.As well as painless and more accurate,not incline to have cross infection.
