病耻感心理护理对抑郁症患者的康复效果

摘　　要：目的:研究病耻感心理护理干预对抑郁症患者康复的效果。方法:将40例有病耻感的抑郁症患者随机分组,分为干预组和对照组各20例,对照组参加常规的康复治疗,如工娱治疗、体育治疗、手工治疗等,干预组则在此基础上给予8周针对病耻感的心理护理干预,以促进患者康复。以抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、90项症状清单(SCL-90)、社交回避及苦恼量表为评定指标,对两组的康复效果进行评价。结果:干预组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、90项症状清单、社交回避及苦恼量表与对照组比较,差别有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:病耻感会严重影响抑郁症患者的康复效果,针对病耻感进行心理护理干预,对于抑郁症患者的康复具有一定效果。Objective：To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention targeted stigma on rehabilitation of patients with depression.Methods：40 cases of stigma of depression were divided into intervention and control groups that each were 20.Patients in the control group attended regular rehabilitation therapy,such as entertainment therapy,physical therapy,manual therapy.The intervention group in which were given psychological nursing intervention targeted stigma for 8 weeks to promote patient recovery.To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation of the two groups through SAS,SDS,SAD,SCL-90.Results：To compare the score of SDS,SAS,SAD,SCL-90 between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Stigma can seriously influence the rehabilitation of patients with depression.Psychological nursing intervention targeted stigma for the rehabilitation of patients with depression have a certain effect.
