摘 要:为了解决盘铣刀铣削重型准双曲面齿轮的经济性差、对机床要求高等问题,提出了采用指形铣刀基于刀倾法数控加工准双曲齿轮的方法。建立了准双曲面齿轮盘铣刀刀倾法加工和数控加工的数学模型,研究了齿面展成运动的等效转换方法。提出将指形铣刀安装在虚拟盘铣刀上,用数控轴控制指形铣刀的运动代替盘铣刀刀齿的有效切削运动,确定了指形铣刀通过有序圆弧插补来展成齿面。通过准双曲面小轮的数控加工仿真,验证了本方法的可行性。In order to solve the low economy and needing high stiffness machine-tool problem of heavy hypoid gear machined by a disc milling-cutter,the finger milling-cutter NC generating hypoid pinion tooth surfaces based on tilt method was presented.Transformation principle and method based on tilt method for machine-tool setting from cradle-type hypoid generator to free-form CNC ones were studied.The finger milling-cutter mounted on imagined disc milling-cutter,and its motion controlled directly by NC shafts to replace disc millingcutter blades effective motion were proposed.Finger milling-cutter generation accomplished by ordered circular interpolation was determined.Finally,a hypoid pinion was machined virtually,and the feasibility of the machining method was verified.
