摘 要:用灌胃法观察了微量元素锌、硒、锗对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果 :锌 (8mg/ kg)、硒 (0 .1mg/kg)、锗 (10 0 mg/ kg)均可显著提高小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬百分率及吞噬指数 ,且加锌组较加锗组的作用更为明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;亦可显著提高小鼠 E-花结形成、淋巴细胞增殖反应和 IL - 6活性 (P <0 .0 1)。各实验组之间无明显差异。提示 :适量的锌、硒、锗可提高机体巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,增强细胞免疫功能和IL - 6活性。The immunity of mice was examined after they were given proper zine (Zn), selenium (Se) and germanium (Ge). The results showed that Zn (8mg/kg), Se (0.1mg/kg), Ge (100mg/kg) all could improve phagocytosis rate of macrophagocyte and phayocytosis index of mice, and at the same time, the effect in Zn group was higer than that in Ge group (P<0.01). In addition, Zn, Se, Ge could raise the erythrocyte rosette formation rate (P<0.01), promote lymphocyte transformation rate (P<0.01) and elevate the activity levels of IL 6 (P<0.01), while there were no difference among each group (P>0.05). These results indicate that appropriate Zn, Se and Ge concentration can enhance the immunity of cells.
