益气养血保元方对肺癌细胞PCNA、p53蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：采用免疫组化法观察益气养血保元胶囊 (OQP)对体外培养人肺癌 A- 549细胞 PCNA、p53蛋白异常表达的影响。结果 :OQP作用后 A- 549细胞 PCNA、p53蛋白表达减弱。提示 :OQP可抑制 PC-NA、p53蛋白表达 ,其抑癌作用机理可能与抑制 PCNA、p53蛋白表达有关。In order to discuss the functionary mechanism of the prescription of the reinforcing Qi and enriching kideny prescription of reinforcing Qi and enriching blood for keeping the original Qi(OQP) for treating the lung cancer, the immunochemical method was used to observe the influence for OQP to the abnormal expression for PCNA、protein p53 in the unorganized cell of lung cancer which was cultured previously.The results showed that the expression for PNCA、protein p53 in the cell of A 549 is reduced after the action of OQP.It prompts that OQP may restrain the expression for PNCA、protein p53.The functionary mechanism for its restraining cancer may be relative to its restraining the expression for PCAN、protein p53.
