摘 要:对川乌中毒犬脊髓及脊神经病检时采用两种染色方法 ,发现其对脊髓腰段、胸段灰质内运动神经元有明显的损害 ,表现为神经元肿大、胞浆淡染、空泡变及神经细胞坏死崩解 ,可见卫星现象及噬神经细胞现象 ,Nissl小体崩解成微细颗粒。说明脊髓运动神经元是其毒性的又一重要靶器官。Severe toxicity of aconitum to the heart, which was regarded as a main target organ,was reported in some papers.But there were fewer findings about the toxicity of it to the nervous system in present literature.In this article, the significant damages of aconitum to the spinal motor neurons in substantia grisea of waist and chest were found during the pathological examination of the spinal nerves in dogs administered with aconitum through two types of staining.The pathological damages included the enlargement of motor neurons,cytoplasm light stain and vacuolization ,nverve cells necrosis and disaggregation, Nissl corpuscles disaggregating into micro granulation.These showed the spinal motor nerve was also a major target organ of aconitum toxicity.
