摘　　要：通过对侯西金矿床地质特征的综合分析及矿床成因模式的研究,提出侯西矿床为中温热液裂隙充填交代—破碎带蚀变型金矿床。并指出了该类型矿床的找矿标志和下一步的找矿方向,评价了其找矿潜力。Basing on analysing the geological characteristics and studying the genesis mode of Houxi gold-bearing deposit, it is advanced that this diposit is mesothermal filling and metasomatism-ahered teetonite-type gohl-bearing deposit. The typical ore prospecting criteria and further ore-prospecting direction are put forward, and the ore-prospecting possibility is evaluated.
