摘　　要：目的观察800 nm半导体激光脱毛的疗效及安全性。方法脱毛患者653例720处,半导体激光治疗机进行脱毛治疗。激光波长800 nm,脉冲宽度5～100 ms,能量密度10～60 J/cm2,脱毛3～7次,评价其疗效及安全性。结果 3～7次治疗后,脱毛的总有效率为92.4%。治疗6～7次的有效率高于治疗3、4、5次,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。腋窝处脱毛的有效率高于面部、上唇、发际、下颌、胸腹部脱毛,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),与上、下肢脱毛比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。脱毛效果与治疗次数成正比例,与治疗部位相关。治疗过程中出现红斑、水疱、瘙痒、色素沉着、色素减退共17例20个部位(2.8%)。结论 800 nm半导体激光脱毛安全、有效。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the Lightsheer diode laser for epilation.Methods The semiconductor laser therapy was applied to 653 patients（720 locations） for hair removal treatment,with wavelength of 800 nm,pulse width of 5-100 ms,and energy density of 10-60 J/cm2.Its efficacy and safety after 3-7 sessions were evaluated.Results The total effective rate after 3-7 sessions was 92.4%,the effect after 6-7 session was higher than after 3-5 sessions with significant difference（P0.05）.The effect on axillary part was higher than the face,lips,hair,mandibular,thoracic and abdominal parts,with significant differences（P0.05）,and the upper and lower limbs without significant differencs（P0.05）.It also indicated that the effect was positively correlated with number of sessions and anatomic locations.There were erythema,blisters,itching,pigmentation,and hypopigmentation seen in 17 cases（20 locations,2.8%）.Conclusions The 800 nm semiconductor laser is a safe and effective method for epilation.
