摘 要:为了提高不饱和树脂的阻燃性能,根据含磷化合物DOPO中活泼的P—H可与硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)的环氧基团反应的原理,合成DOPO型硅烷偶联剂,并采用球磨方法将DOPO型硅烷偶联剂接枝到氢氧化铝(ATH)表面。对改性后的ATH进行红外光谱分析(FT-IR),结果表明DOPO型硅烷偶联剂已成功接枝到氢氧化铝的表面。用扫描电镜(SEM)和纳米粒度测试仪分析了改性氢氧化铝的微观形貌和粒径分布情况。结果表明球磨改性氢氧化铝的最佳改性条件是改性剂质量分数为5%,球磨时间为3 h。极限氧指数值(LOI)的结果表明,球磨改性氢氧化铝的阻燃效果随着球磨时间和改性剂质量分数的增加而改善。In this study,DOPO-based silane coupling agent was prepared based on the reaction of P--H bond in DOPO with the epoxy-group of the silicon hydride coupling agent. DOPO-based silane coupling agent is grafted on the surface of ATH by using ball milling methods. The infrared spectrascopy (FT-IR) was used to characterize the modified ATH. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and particle size analyzer were applied to obtain the micro-morphologies and particle size distribution of the modified ATH. The results show that, DOPO-based silane coupling agent is successfully grafted on the surface of ATH. The optimal operation parameters for the preparation of modified ATH are achieved when the content of modified agents is 5% , and the milling time is 3 hours. Moreover,the flame-retardant effect of modified ATH can be improved by prolonging the milling time or increasing the amount of modified agents.
