摘 要:治疗埋伏牙前常常需要判断其在颌骨内的位置、牙体形态、与邻牙及上颌窦的位置关系等,以便确定正确的手术方案。锥形束CT(CBCT)是近年来发展起来的一项新的影像技术,能够快速提供准确的三维图像,弥补了传统平面影像的诸多不足。本文就传统平面影像和CBCT在埋伏牙定位诊断上的优缺点作一综述,以期为临床应用提供帮助。The impacted tooth can lead to some complications, so this situation often requires early intervention treatment. Preoperative must determine the impacted teeth's position within the jaw, teeth shape, and locations of adjacent teeth and maxillary relationship in order to determine the correct treatment. The cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) is a new image technique, which develops speedy in recent years. It can provide fast accurate three-dimensional image to make up the scarcity of traditional planar image technique. This article will make a summary about the traditional planar image technique, CBCT and so on, and compare their advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of impacted tooth in order to provide help for the clinical application.
