摘 要:【目的】研究洞室围岩温度场扰动对洞室地层热力学平衡和围岩热物理力学性能的影响,为隧洞设计与施工提供参考。【方法】通过建立地下隧洞几何模型和洞内环境热力学模型,针对新疆某高温隧洞,根据实测洞内环境温度及围岩温度,应用ANSYS有限元程序,对不同施工工况下围岩的温度场变化进行模拟,深入研究温度场下隧洞的埋深、围岩类别(Ⅲ、Ⅳ1和Ⅳ2类)等不同状况对隧洞围岩稳定性的扰动规律。【结果】大量系统的数值试验表明,在影响高温隧洞围岩稳定性的各因素中,温度和围岩类别是影响围岩温度应力的2个主要因素。初始温度场的温度越高或温度差越大、围岩类别越好,围岩的温度应力越大;洞室埋深的增大对围岩二次应力场及围岩位移场均有显著影响。【结论】得到了温度、温差、围岩类别、埋深对高温隧洞稳定性的量化影响规律,对于高温隧洞问题,可参考上述规律并结合工程实际进行综合分析。[Objective] This paper studied the influence of the thermodynamics balance of tunnel forma- tion and the mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock caused by temperature field of tunnel rock to provide a reference for the design and construction for the tunnel. [Method] According to the establish- ment of tunnel geometry model and the thermal model of tunnel surrounding rock of a high-temperature tunnel in Xinjiang, surrounding temperature and the surrounding rock temperature fields of different work- ing procedures were simulated with finite element program ANSYS. The rules of stability of tunnel sur- rounding rock caused by the tunnel depth and rock types in temperature field were analyzed. [Result] A large number of systematic numerical experiments showed that temperature and surrounding rock types were two main among various factors on tunnel stability in temperature field. The higher the temperature or the greater the temperature difference in the initial temperature field was, the better of the rock types were, the larger values of the rock thermal stress were. The increase of depths would make a significant im- pact on the secondary stress field and displacement field of surrounding rock. [Conclusion] The quantita- tive rule of the temperature, temperature difference, rock types and depth affecting on the tunnel stability in temperature field were summarized. To the high temperature problems, the rule could be made as references and the actual engineering conditions should be taken into account to analyze synthetically.
