血管内介入栓塞治疗破裂前交通动脉瘤47例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析破裂前交通动脉瘤介入治疗、适应症方法和临床效果.方法采用可解脱弹簧圈对47例破裂前交通动脉瘤进行栓塞治疗.结果痊愈46例,自动出院1例,致密栓塞39例,大部栓塞8例,支架辅助1例.术后随访38例,随访时间3个月～1.5 a,随访期间无再出血病例.结论前交通动脉瘤的弹簧圈栓塞治疗是一种微创、安全、有效的方法,其远期效果需进一步长期随访.Objective To investigate the strategies, indications and clinical efficacy of interventional treatment on ruptured anterior communication artery. Method 47 consecutively admitted patients with aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH） following anterior communication artery （Acorn A） detachable coils. Results 46 patients were cured and 1 patient was discharged by himself. aneurysm treated by Complete occlusion of the aneurysm was achieved in 39 patients, near-complete in 8 patients, and stent-assisted coiling in 1 patient. Patients were followed up for 3 months to 1.5 years, and no rebleeding occured. Conclusion Ruptured Acom A aneurysms are implicated in majority of cases of SAH and endovascular coiling of ruptured intracranial aneurysms is an efficient procedure, but the long-term effect needs luther investigation.
