摘 要:针对常规游梁式抽油机存在的主要问题,从经济和社会效益方面综合考虑,研制了异相游梁抽油机可调式尾平衡装置。该装置主要由主体、吊装机构、调节机构、可调平衡重及导向机构等部分组成,自带吊装机构和调节机构,不需借助外部吊装设备即可完成尾平衡的质量调整和相位调整,装置的质量调节和相位调节都由不同的机构独立完成。现场试验和应用结果表明,装置具有较好的节能效果,平衡度由47.3%提高到87.1%,节电率达10.07%,井下杆管泵的工况得到明显改善。Considering the major problems with the ordinary beampumping unit, the adjustable end balance device for phasedbeam pumping unit was developed with regard to economicand social benefits. The device mainly consists of the mainbody, hoisting mechanism, regulating mechanism, adjustablebalance weight and guide mechanism. It is equipped with itsown hoisting mechanism and regulating mechanism, thusachieving the mass adjustment and phase adjustment of endbalance without the help of foreign hoisting equipment. Themass and phase adjustments are completed independently bydifferent mechanisms. The field experiment and applicationshow that the device is characterized by a desirable energysaving effect. The balance degree improves from 47.3% to87.1%. The power saving rate reaches 10.07%. The operatingcondition of the sucker rod and tubing and subsurface pumphas improved remarkably.
