摘 要:针对机械式无线随钻测斜仪在应用中存在的冲刷严重、冲击损坏、脉冲信号衰减等问题,分析了出现问题的原因,在对脉冲发生器进行有限元分析、对阻尼系统的阻尼性能进行理论计算、对脉冲信号衰减规律进行分析的基础上,对脉冲发生器、阻尼系统结构进行了优化设计,提出了在深井中提高脉冲信号强度的方法和措施,并对仪器的信号接收装置和现场技术配套进行了改进完善。现场应用结果表明,改进后的仪器能够满足钻井工程上直井、深井、超深井以及高温高压井的随钻测斜需要。There are problems with the mechanical wirelessinclinometer while drilling in application, such as seriouserosion, impact damage and signal attenuation. Therefore, anoptimized design of the structure of the pulser and dampingsystem was conducted on the basis of analyzing the reasons forthe problems, making a finite element analysis of the pulser,performing a theoretical calculation of the damping property ofthe damping system and analyzing the attenuation law of pulsesignals. The method and measure to improve the pulse signalintensity in deep wells were put forward. The signal receivingdevice of the instrument and the on-the-spot technologicalmatching were improved. The field application shows that theinstrument can meet the needs of inclination measurementwhile drilling in vertical wells, especially in deep wells,superdeep wells and high-temperature and high-pressure wells.
