南充市人居环境建设导向研究与实践探析

摘　　要：以《南充市国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》为引领,结合"重点抓好南充市主城区建设与发展,深化‘南北拓展、三城同构’的城市发展战略",基于南充城市建设现状与发展,总结和梳理了在新的历史时期,南充在落实城市建设规划、创新城市人居环境建设理念和城市社会管理工作中取得的5大成就,同时指出城市建设缺乏延续性和传承性、城市文化形象定位较模糊和城市规划凌乱、城市实体与内涵骨肉分离等4方面不足,并针对性地提出了8点建议,旨在为南充市人居环境建设工作提供有益的借鉴。The 12th Five-year Plan for Nanchong's Economic and Social Development stresses that urban construction in Nanchong will 'focus on the building and developing of the downtown area and strengthening strategy of 'north-south extension,tri-center development''.We sum up the achievements in urban construction,innovation in human settlement construction and urban social mangement,and based on the status quo of urban construction and development in Nanchong,we also find out some existing problems.Urban cosntruction in Nanchong City lacks contuity;city culture image is not distinctive enough;urban planning lacks clear function division and therefore the city itself fails to represente its designed definition.Those findings lead to our suggestions,which we hope will offer positive reference to Nanchong's future development.
