摘  要:塔尔油是硫酸盐法松木制浆工业重要的副产品,具有很高的应用价值。在分离粗塔尔油的过程中,产生的粗塔尔油废渣约占粗塔尔油的15%,目前该废渣尚未得到有效的利用。通过测定粗塔尔油废渣的酸值、脂肪酸含量、树脂酸含量、不皂化物含量和碱木素含量,结果显示塔尔油废渣干样酸值(以KOH计)达到116.02 mg/g,其中树脂酸和脂肪酸质量分数分别为35.10%和25.73%,不皂化物质量分数为5.27%,粗塔尔油废渣干样中粗碱木素的质量分数为47.94%,酸析碱木素的质量分数为29.36%,具有较高的分离和利用价值。The crude tall oil is one kind of major by-products in kraft pulping process, and it has very high application value. In the separation process of crude tall oil, the amount of crude "tall oil waste residue produced is about 15% of the crude tall oil, but the waste has not been effectively utilized until now. The acid value, fatty acid content, resin acid content, unsaponifiable matter content and the alkali lignin content of crude tall oil waste residue were determined in this study. The results show that the acid value of the dry tall oil waste residue is up to 116.02 mg KOH/g, and the resin acid content and the fauy acid content is 35o10% and 25.73% respectively, and the unsaponifiable matter content is 5.27%, and the crude alkali lignin content in dry waste residue is 47.94%, and the acid-precipitated alkali lignin content is 29.36%. So the crude tall oil waste residue has very high separating and utilizing value.
