基于Pro/E的换绳用长板卡的仿真分析

摘　　要：依据长板卡的结构图,在Pro/E中建立立体模型。利用Pro/E数控加工功能,进行孔加工、曲面加工仿真,得到长板卡数控加工的代码。同时对长板卡的立体模型赋予材料,施加一定的约束,进行模态分析,得到长板卡的应变、应力云图。According to the structure chart oI the long board cara, creates stereoscopic moaat m Pro/E. Making use of numerical control process function of Pro/E, carries on hole process, curved face, machining simulation, receives the N/C code of long board card, gives steel material to the stereoscopic model and exerts certain restraint at the same time, carries on mode analysis and receives strain and stress cloud chart of long board card.
