摘　　要：网络技术是利用网络方法来解决工程技术和管理工作中多种问题的一种实用技术。寻找关键路线是制定网络计划的一项十分重要的工作,文章通过案例分析,运用Excel函数与数据分析工具求解时间参数及关键路线,可以有效地提高工作效率。Networking technology is a kind of applied technology to solve engineering and management problems with networking methodology. Finding the critical path is the key work of network planning. By case analysis, this paper argues that it is significantly improving the efficiency of work to solve the time coefficient and the critical path using Excel functions and data analyzing tools.
