摘　　要：以工程图档管理系统建设为背景,分析应用基于XML的.NETWeb服务和数据库访问技术开发图档管理系统的方法及过程,从系统总体结构、功能设计、技术框架以及开发模式的设计与实现等方面进行说明,重点介绍了结合有C/S与B/S架构两者的优点。该系统实现了对工程图档管理的系统化和规范化,实现查询浏览、信息共享等功能,对提高工作效率具有一定的现实意义。Under the background of establishing EDM system, the thesis analyze the means and course of EDM system based on XML developed by using .NET, Web service ~database technology. The thesis is stated the system of overall architecture, function design ~ technology flame, and exploitation implement. Combining with the advantages of C/S and B/S architecture is described in detail in this paper. The system realizes management standardization, inquiry, sharing information, can enhance the work efficiency.
