摘　　要：文章利用211份浙商调查和访谈问卷,从公平、信任、社会责任和财富观等方面检验了企业家文化价值取向与企业家财富积累之间的关系。文章发现,较多承担社会责任的企业家,获得周围人信任度高、对合作伙伴信任的企业家以及具有公平感和利他主义精神的企业家,其企业更容易发展壮大,宗教信仰和财富观对浙商财富积累未发现影响。Based on 211 surveys and questionnaire interviews on Zheshang,this paper investigated the relationship between entrepreneurs＇ cultural value and the accumulation of wealth,with regard to aspects such as justice,trust,social responsibility and value of wealth.The results demonstrate that entrepreneurs with the following qualities are more likely to expand their business： higher social responsibility,gaining more trust from people around and being trustworthy with business partners and possessing a sense of equity and altruism.Meanwhile,there is no obvious influence of religion and value of wealth on the accumulation of wealth.
