区域物流网络规划研究现状及若干关键问题

摘　　要：合理的区域物流网络是提高物流运作效率、促进区域经济发展的重要条件.提出了区域物流网络规划"中心扩展"和"中心吸附"的研究思路,以及将数学优化模型与地理信息技术(GIS)有机结合的研究方法.进而指出区域物流网络规划研究中,区域尺度范围确定与划分、企业物流运营网络规划、区域跨界物流整合与优化、区域物流波及效应与摄动效应、区域物流网络动态演化机理及动力机制等,今后特别值得关注的一系列重要问题.The reasonable regional logistics network is the crucial condition of increasing logistics operation efficiency and promoting regional economic development.It proposes the research thought that regional logistics network planning center extension and center adsorption as well as the research method which is the organic combination of mathematic optimal model and GIS.And then it points out a series of important problems to which we should pay particular attention,such as regional scale determination and division,enterprise logistics operation network planning,regional cross-border logistics integration and optimization,regional logistics ripple effect and perturbation effect,regional logistics network dynamic evolution mechanism and dynamisms and so on.
