河蚌多糖抗乙型肝炎病毒实验研究

摘　　要：目的提取河蚌多糖并且研究其抗乙肝病毒的作用。方法采用碱法提取河蚌多糖,并以河蚌多糖作用于体外培养的2.2.15细胞株,观察其对2.2.15细胞株HBsAg与HBeAg分泌的影响,评价其抗HBV作用。结果半数毒性浓度(TC50)>200 mg/L;治疗指数(TI)分别为18.34、67.33。结论河蚌多糖具有体外抗乙肝病毒的活性。Objective To study the anti- HBV effects of the polysaccharide extracted from A. woodiana woodiana in vitro. Methods The influence of the polysaccharide extracted from A. woodiana woodiana on secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg was observed through the culture of the 2.2.15 cell line in vitro. Results Median toxic concentration （TC50） of Bradybaena kiangsiensis polysaccharide was more than 200 mg/L, and its treatment indexes （TI） on HBsAg and HBeAg were 18.34 and 67.33, respectively. Conclusions Bradybaena kiangsiensis polysaeeharide has an antiviral activity in vitro.
