摘　　要：目的通过对1 519例健康人群空腹血糖（FBG）、甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、转氨酶（ALT）和尿酸（UA）水平分析,了解不同年龄及性别之间的差异。方法回顾收集1 519例健康人群体检资料,对FBG、TG、TC、UA及ALT等结果进行统计分析。结果女性TC、TG、UA、FBG、ALT的检测均值随年龄的增加而升高,50-至70-岁年龄组TC、TG、UA的检测均值明显高于20-至40-岁年龄组（P〈0.05）,FBG的检测均值70-岁年龄组明显高于其它各年龄组（P〈0.05）。男性TC、FBG、UA的检测均值随年龄的增加而升高,ALT的检测均值随年龄的增长而下降,TG以40-岁年龄组为最高,明显高于其它各年龄组（P〈0.05）,男性各年龄组的ALT、UA均明显高于女性（P〈0.05）。结论中老年人多项生化指标检测水平处于最高水平,应提倡合理饮食、适当运动,预防各种慢性老年疾病的发生。Objective To explore the diversity in different genders and ages by analyzing the fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, transaminase and uric acid levels in 1,519 healthy adults. Methods The physical examination results of 1,519 healthy adults were retrospectively collected, and the data about FBG, TG, TC, UA and ALT were statistically analyzed. Results The female＇s means of TC, TG, UA, FBG, and ALT were increased with the increasing age, and the means of TC, TG, and UA in the age groups of 50- to 70- years were significantly higher than those in the age groups of 20- to 40- years （P 〈 0.05）. The mean level of FBG in the age group of 70- years was significantly higher than other age groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The male＇ s means of TC, FBG, and UA were increased with the increasing age, while the mean level of male ALT was decreased with the increasing age. The mean level of males TG in the age group of 40- years was the highest, which was significantly higher than other age groups （P 〈 0.05）. The male＇s means of ALT and UA were significantly higher than those of the female＇s （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Many biochemical indicators of the middleaged and the elderly were at the highest level. We should advocate a balanced diet and adequate exercise so as to prevent the chronic elderly diseases.
