摘  要:以共聚酰胺(COPA)热熔胶为黏合剂,采用点胶机为选用的面料和里料分别施胶后,将面料、中层膜及里料经热压制成层压复合织物;通过对层压制品剥离强度、透气性、透湿性、刚柔性等指标的测定,探索热压温度及时间、胶点间距及胶点直径对层压织物相关性能的影响。实验表明,COPA热熔胶最佳的压烫温度和时间分别为100℃、17.5 s;胶点间距缩小或胶点直径增大,层压织物的剥离强度及刚性提高,而透气性和透湿性下降。Using copolyamide ( COPA)as adhesive and by use of glue juter, the surface fabric, inner layer fabric and lining fabric are hot-pressed after glued as a laminated fabric. Then, the effect of the hot-compressing temperature and time duration, the glue point space and diameter on the laminated fabric are probed by characterizing the products' bonding striping strength, air permeability, moisture permeability and the bending performance. The experiment result shows that the best hot-pressing temperature and time duration are 100℃ and 17.5s respectively and the larger the glue point space or diameter is, the higher the bonding striping strength and rigidity will be, but the air permeability and moisture permeability will be lower.
