涤纶基和锦纶基防静电丝性能的比较

摘　　要：采用涤纶基防静电丝和尼龙基防静电丝分别织入同规格面料,经染整工艺整理后测试面料的静电性能,并进行对比。结果表明:涤纶基防静电面料经过碱处理后,防静电性能不稳定,甚至有明显下降,而锦纶基防静电面料经过同样工艺整理后,防静电性能比较稳定。Polyester based and polyamide based anti-static filaments are used to weave into a same fabric and dyed, and its anti-static performance of the fabric is tested and compared. The result indicates that the anti-static fabric with polyester based and after the alkali treatment is not stable in static proof, even drops obviously, and the anti-static performance of the fabric with polyamide based is more stable after the same finished process.
