摘　　要：在喷气织机的织造生产中,经纬纱故障停车是影响喷气织机织造效率的主要因素之一。通过对实际生产中喷气织机织造用纱线的质量测试分析,并设计多种不同纱线质量的经纬纱组合方法,进行织造对比试验,探讨纱线质量对细特高密织物喷气效率的影响,为提高喷气织机的织造效率,实现喷气织机的高效织造、产生更好的经济效益提供依据。In the production of air-jet loom weaving, loom stops caused by warp and weft are the major factor impacting the weaving efficiency. Based on the test analyses of the quality of yarn in actual air-jet loom weaving, several combinations of different quality warp and weft are designed to compare their weaving efficiency and to discuss the impact of yarn quality on air-jet loom weaving efficiency of fine tex high density fabric, and thus to provide the basis for the improvement of air-jet loom weaving efficiency and for the realization of high-efficient air-jet loom weaving with better economic benefits.
