摘　　要：目的　观察针刺对骨折家兔血清皮质醇、生长激素的影响。方法　将健康雄性家兔 36只手术造成骨折模型 ,并随机分为针刺组和对照组 ,用放射免疫法分期观察针刺对骨折家兔的血清皮质醇、生长激素的影响。结果　针刺在骨折愈合的中期 ,能显著降低血清皮质醇含量 (P <0 .0 1) ,在骨折愈合的后期能显著提高生长激素含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　针刺在骨折愈合的不同阶段对 2种激素均有良性调整作用 ,但以中后期最为明显 ,为骨折愈合提供了良好的内环境。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of acupuncture on serum cortisol and somatotropin in rabbits with a fracture.METHOD:Surgery was conducted on 36 healthy male rabbits to construct a fracture model. These were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a control group. The actions of acupuncture on serum cortisol and somatotropin were tested with RIA.RESULTS:At the middle stage of the healing, acupuncture significantly reduced serum cortisol content ( P <0.01). At the later stage, it significantly raised the content of somatotropin ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION:At different stages of healing, acupuncture could positively adjust the two hormones, especially at middle and later stages, to provide a good inner environment for healing.
