女贞枸杞散预防断奶仔猪腹泻效果和对血液白细胞数的影响

摘　　要：为探讨以女贞子、枸杞子、穿心莲、大青叶等多味中药组成的"女贞枸杞散"对断奶仔猪腹泻的预防效果和对外周血各类白细胞数量的影响。根据体重相近、公母各半的原则选用80头体重为10kg左右的"杜长大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分4组,分别为试验Ⅰ组(日粮中加0.4%"女贞枸杞散"),Ⅱ组(添加0.6%),Ⅲ组(添加0.8%)和对照组(普通日粮)。详细记录仔猪腹泻情况,计算腹泻率、腹泻频率、腹泻指数等。试验结束后采血,测定各类白细胞数量,结果表明,"女贞枸杞散"能有效地降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率,改善仔猪的生长性能,促进血液中的白细胞尤其是淋巴细胞的的生成,提高机体免疫力。In order to investigate the effects of Chinese medicine in the aspects of preventing weaning piglet diarrhea,we chose Chinese medicine Nvzhen,Medlar,Folium,Isatidis and so on to compose the compound preparation ＂Nvzhen Medlar Idle Powder＂according to a certain proportion.Eighty 10 kg ＂DLY＂ crossbred piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups,including experimental groupⅠ（add 0.4%＂Nvzhen Medlar Idle Powder＂）,experimental groupⅡ（add 0.6%）,experimental group Ⅲ（add 0.8 %）,and the control group（normal ration）.The detailed piglet diarrhea was recorded,the diarrhea rate,diarrhea frequency,diarrhea index were calculated.After the test,the blood was collected to measure the various white blood cell counts.The results indicated that ＂ Nvzhen Medlar Idle Power ＂ can effectively reduce the piglet diarrhea rate,improve piglet growth performance,promote white blood cell counts,and enhance the immunity.
