摘 要:建立了双余度无刷直流电机的数学模型,初步确定了定子绕组采用半球缠绕结构和隔槽嵌放结构情况下电机余度之间的耦合关系。在Ansoft Maxwell环境下针对两种结构的双余度无刷直流电机余度间耦合情况做了进一步分析验证,证明两种结构下余度间耦合程度的一致性。另外,通过对两种结构样机的实际测试和对比,证明了两种结构双余度无刷直流电机机械特性的一致性。两种结构具有相同的余度间耦合程度以及相同的机械特性,在部分对功率密度以及磁热耦合要求较低的场合具有通用性。The mathematical model of dual redundancy brushless DC motor was built, then the coupling relationship between redundancies was identified initially when the stator windings were hemisphere and embedded. In Ansoft Maxwell, further analysis have proved the consistency of coupling degree between the redundancies in different stator windings structures. In addition, mechanical properties of two kinds of dual redundancy brushless DC motor have been proved uniform by the measurement and comparison of the actual prototypes. The uniform coupling degree between the redundancies and the uniform mechanical properties make the two kinds of dual redundant brushless DC motor universal when the requirements of power density and magnetic-thermal coupling is low.
