摘 要:为了实现永磁同步电机调速系统的高性能控制,提出了一种基于定子磁场定向的内埋式永磁同步电机单位功率因数控制方法。在对内埋式永磁同步电机数学模型进行分析的基础上,推导得到单位功率因数控制的电机功角表达式。设定定子电流矢量与定子电压矢量相位相同,通过计算得到的功角和转子位置角进行坐标变换,保证电机按照单位功率因数运行。稳态分析表明该控制方法具有效率高,动态性能好等特点。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件搭建系统仿真模型,仿真实验结果验证了该控制方法的有效性与可行性。To achieve the high-performance speed control of PMSM, the unity power factor control of interior PMSM based on stator flux orientation was presented. The motor power angle expression of the unity power factor control was derived based on the analysis of interior PMSM model. Assuming the stator current vector and the stator voltage vector are in same phase, coordinate transformation was conducted by using the power angle and the rotor position angle, the unity power factor control of the motor was ensured. Steady-state anal- ysis shows that the control method is with the characteristics of high efficiency, high dynamic performance. The simulation model was built by the use of Matlab/Simulink, the simulation results verified the validity and the feasibility of the control method.
