摘　　要：介绍了黏胶纤维与特殊涤纶纤维复合而成的吸湿发热经编面料的设计原理,以及织造、染整工艺上的难点,面料经测试后能够达到优异的保暖和调湿效果,可广泛适用于内衣、运动服等。对开发新型经编产品具有借鉴意义。This paper introduces the design principle of moisture-absorbing and heat-release warp fabric knitted with viscose fiber and special polyester fiber.In addition,it also presents the difficult points encountered in the process of knitting,dyeing and finishing.The tested results show that the developed fabric bears excellent moisture-absorbing and heat-release properties,which can applied to underwear,sportswear and outdoor sportswear.The achievements made in this paper are of great significance for development of new type warp knitted fabrics by using new raw materials.
