摘　　要：采用喷气纺纺制了天丝+竹+棉、天丝+棉+绢、莫代尔+棉多组分混纺喷气纱,并开发研制出褶裥、斜纹、浮纹、双珠地等6种针织面料,同时介绍了纺纱、编织和染整工艺技术难点。通过对6种针织物的性能测试,并与环锭纺棉纱针织物进行对比分析,得出纤维素纤维喷气纱针织产品的综合性能较好。By using the air jet spinning technology,this paper prepares three kinds of multi-component jet spun yarns-Tencel/bamboo/ cotton,Tencel/cotton/spun silk and Modal/cotton,develops six kinds of fabrics such as pleat,oblique design,lappet and double close-knit and so on,and also introduces the technological difficulties of spinning,knitting,dyeing and finishing.From the tested results and comparisons with ring spun cotton knitted fabric,it can be concluded that the jet spun cellulose knitted fabric possesses good comprehensive performance.
