小儿肾病综合征白色微血栓和血小板参数的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨肾病综合征外周微循环白色微血栓形成时ＰＬＴ，ＭＰＶ，ＰＤＷ，ＰＣＴ四项参数的变化。方法：正常对照组１００人，肾病综合征无白色微血栓组７１人，肾病综合征合并白色微血栓组２９人。用Ｃｏｕｌｔｅｒ ＪＴ－ＩＲ型血液分析仪检测ＰＬＴ，ＭＰＶ，ＰＤＷ，ＰＣＴ。结果：Ⅱ组ＰＬＴ，ＭＰＶ，ＰＤＷ，ＰＣＴ均较对照组明显增加。Ⅰ组ＰＬＴ，ＰＤＷ，ＰＣＴ较对照组明显增加，ＭＰＶ明显减小。Objective:To search for the change platelet (PLT),Mean platelet volume (MPV),platelet distribution width (PDW) and platecrit (PCT) in children with PNS complicated by white microthrombus.Method:100 normal children as normal control group.100 patients were divided into two groups.The group Ⅰ was PNS patients without white microthrombus.The group Ⅱ was 29 PNS patients complicated with white microthrombus.PLT, MPV,PDW and PCT were measured.Results:PLT,MPV,PDW and PCT levels were significantly higher in group Ⅱ than that of control group.PLT,PDW and PCT levels were significantly higher in group Ⅰ than that of control group,MPV was markedly lower.PLT levels were significantly lower in group Ⅱ than that of group Ⅰ,MPV and PDW was significantly higher.Conclusion:PLT and MPV levels were significantly higher in PNS patients complicated by white microthrombus.The activation of platelet was showed in patients with PNS complicated by white microthrombus.
