内蒙古准格尔旗房地产产业关联度研究

摘　　要：基于灰色关联理论,采用定量和定性分析相结合的研究方法,探讨了内蒙古准格尔旗房地产业与三次产业产值以及第二和第三产业细分行业的关联程度.研究结果表明:准格尔旗房地产业是带动三次产业发展的核心力量,它与三次产业间的关联程度依第三、第二和第一产业顺序递减,其相关产业类型偏向资本原材料和物质加工型,并且存在与其相关产业的后向关联度较高、前向关联度较低等问题.Basing on grey theory, the relationship between real estate industry of Inner Mongolia Zhungeer and total output value of three industries, and the relationships between the real estate and business of the second or tertiary industries are analyzed using the method of quantitative and qualitative. The results show that the real estate indus- try of Zhungeer becomes core strength to promote three industries＇ development, the correlation o{ real estate and three industries along the third, second, the primary industry decreases. The type of related industries tends to raw material and material processing, and the real estate has the disadvantages of higher average backward linkages and lower average former linkages and so on.
